A garage door opens and closes a few thousand times a year. A tune-up is the cheapest way to keep it doing that quietly, and it is often how a worn cable or a tired spring gets caught before it fails.
We line up the safety sensors, lubricate the tracks, rollers and hinges, tighten the hardware that works loose over time, and check the balance, the cables and the springs. You get told about anything that is on its way out, and nothing is replaced without asking.
