Justin Vaughn loves what he does, and it shows in the way he looks after the people he does it for.
Ask Justin Vaughn what he likes about his job and he’ll probably start with the moment a door that was grinding, jerking or stuck halfway that morning glides up quiet and smooth. He has never got tired of it.
But the doors are only half of it. Justin genuinely likes people, and he treats every customer like a neighbor, because around here most of them are. He takes the time to show you what failed and why, answers every question you have, and tells you honestly whether it’s a quick fix or time for a new door. If it can be repaired, he repairs it. He would much rather earn your trust than sell you something you don’t need.
And he doesn’t disappear once the truck is packed. Read his replies to his Google reviews and you’ll see the same thing he tells everyone he works for: call any time you have any more problems. He means it.
That goes for the whole property, too. Out here the garage on the house is often only one of the doors, so pole barns, machine sheds, shops and storage buildings are all part of a normal week. Whatever goes up and down, Justin will look after it the same way.

Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Coming out to look at the door and telling you what it needs and what it will cost is free, whether it is a repair or a new door. You are under no obligation afterwards.
My spring just broke. Can I use the door?
Please don't. With a broken spring the opener is trying to lift the full weight of the door on its own, which can strip the opener and bring the door down hard. Leave it closed, keep people and cars clear of it, and call or text us.
Should I repair my door or replace it?
Most doors can be repaired. Springs, cables, rollers, tracks, hinges and single panels can all be replaced on their own. Replacement starts to make sense when several panels are damaged, the door is badly rusted or rotted, or you simply want a better-looking or better-insulated door. We will tell you honestly which side of that line yours is on.
Do you work on pole barns, shops and storage units?
Yes. Overhead doors on post-frame and steel buildings, shops and storage buildings are a regular part of the work, for installation and for repair.

26 towns across Southwest Indiana and Eastern Illinois, including Vincennes, Washington, Bloomington, Bedford, Terre Haute, Jasper and Linton in Indiana, and Lawrenceville, Olney and Robinson in Illinois. If you are near any of those, call and ask.
